Table Holds: Start from a sitting position, rest your hands on the floor aligned with your shoulder and feet below your knees while pushing your hips upwards till they are aligned with shoulder level.
3 Points Holds: Here you have to start like the previous one and just have to lift one leg while keeping your hip stable in space as shown in the video.
Long Leg Holds: Starting as the “Table Holds”, here you have to extend your legs while holding your position and pushing your hips upwards, as shown in the video.
Long Leg Hip Thrusts: A variation to “Long Leg Holds”, it includes extending your legs and holding the position for 3-5 seconds before returning back to your previous position and repeating it.
Elevated Table Position: Here you have to take the help of a higher surface where you will rest your feet on and push your hips upward until they are all aligned.
