Starting your day with clarity and calm by practicing morning meditation is an excellent way to set a positive tone for the day.

The body scan technique helps you focus on each part of your body, releasing tension.

To begin, find a calm and quiet spot where you won’t be disturbed.

Sit in a comfortable position, either on a chair or on the floor with a cushion.

Gently close your eyes to help focus your mind and start with a few deep breaths to relax your body and clear your mind.

Direct your attention to your feet, noticing any sensations like warmth or tingling.

Gradually move your focus upward through your body—feet, legs, hips, abdomen, chest, arms, and finally your head.
