Laying Leg Raise: Sleep on your back and keep your legs straight. Lift legs towards the ceiling, then lower without touching the ground. Engage core throughout.
Flutter Kicks: Lie on your back, legs straight. Lift your legs a few inches off the ground. Alternate kicking legs up and down in a fluttering motion.
V-Sit Crunches: Sit on the floor with your knees bent. Lean back slightly by lifting your feet off the ground. Bring knees towards the chest while lifting upper body to meet them, forming a V shape.
Cross Mountain Climbers: Start with the plank position. Bring the right knee towards the left elbow, then switch legs in a running motion. Keep core engaged.
Plank Step-Outs: Begin in the plank position on elbows. Step one foot out to the side and return to the centre. Repeat with the other foot. Keep hips stable.
Remember, you should only do as many exercises as your body can handle.
Doing more or intensifying them could lead to injuries and pain. Hence you should be careful while doing all these exercises.
