5 Easy Exercises To Tone Your Arms At Home

Push-Ups: Start in a plank position with your hands shoulder-width apart. Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the floor, then push back up.

Tricep Dips: Sit on the edge of a sturdy chair or bench, place your hands next to your hips, and slide your buttocks off the edge. Lower your body by bending your elbows, then push back up.

Bicep Curls (with or without weights): Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, arms at your sides. If using weights, hold them with palms facing forward. Curl the weights towards your shoulders, then lower them back down.

Arm Circles: Stand with your arms extended straight out to the sides. Make small circles with your arms, gradually increasing the size. After 30 seconds, reverse the direction.

Plank to Push-Up: Start in a forearm plank position. Push up onto your hands, one hand at a time, into a push-up position. Lower back down onto your forearms, one arm at a time.
