The Marvel superhero Chris Hemsworth (Thor) has amazed fans with his impressive fitness regimen.
Recently, the 'Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga' star shared a viral video of his intensive full-body workout.
In the video, he is seen wearing shorts, a cap, and no shirt while performing a number of exercises.
The routine starts with Hemsworth and his friends running at high speed, which is a weight-bearing exercise known for building strong bones.
He then moves on to arms workout, vigorously dropping a medicine ball to strengthen the core, arms, and shoulders.
Next, Hemsworth performs rapid movements with weighted ropes to improve balance, burn fat, and enhance coordination.
He follows this with Russian twists to strengthen the core, including the obliques and back muscles.
Another exercise involves passing a ball from one hand to the other.
The routine concludes with intense push-ups…
