Crunches: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat. Place your hands behind your head, lift your shoulders off the ground, and squeeze your abs. Lower back down and repeat.
Planks: Get into a push-up position but rest on your forearms. Keep your body straight from head to heels, engaging your core. Hold this position for as long as you can.
Bicycle Crunches: Lie on your back with your hands behind your head and legs lifted. Bring one knee towards your chest while twisting your torso to bring your opposite elbow to meet it. Alternate sides.
Leg Raises: Lie on your back with your legs straight. Lift your legs towards the ceiling while keeping them straight, then slowly lower them back down without touching the floor.
Mountain Climbers: Start in a push-up position. Bring one knee towards your chest, then quickly switch legs in a running motion, keeping your core engaged.
