In India, there are many exams for various jobs, and one of the most prestigious ones is the IAS and IPS.
These exams are conducted by the UPSC and are among the toughest in the country.
To succeed in these exams, one needs to put in a lot of hard work. However, some students manage to crack the exam on their first attempt.
One such inspiring individual is IAS Officer Swati Meena Naik. She cleared the UPSC civil services exam in 2007 at the young age of 22, securing AIR 260 on her first attempt.
Swati hails from Rajasthan, specifically from Sikar, and she completed her graduation from Sophia Girls’ College in Ajmer.

Her father is a RAS (Rajasthan Administrative Service) officer while her mother, Dr. Saroj Meena, used to manage a petrol pump.
Additionally, her younger sister is an IFS (Indian Foreign Service) officer.
Swati's dedication and hard work have led to remarkable achievements in her career. She was recently appointed Director of the Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation under the Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation by the Central Government.
