A viral video shows groom Dhruv Majethia and bride Aashima seated in the mandap moments before their pheras. Instead of the priest chanting mantras, Aashima is seen reading aloud a comically drafted “contract” prepared by Dhruv himself.
Introducing himself as “a devoted fan of MS Dhoni, CSK, and a slightly nervous groom,” Dhruv’s agreement begins:
“I, Dhruv Majethia, hereby declare that if Aashima allows me to watch all future matches of MS Dhoni, CSK and RCB without interruption, I will happily, wholeheartedly, and without any nonsense take the seven vows with her.”
The moment Aashima reads the line, the mandap erupts in laughter and applause.

Dhruv didn’t stop there. The document further stated that the agreement would be “legally enforceable from 2 December.” He also joked that revoking match-watching privileges after marriage would be treated as a “breach of contract,” prompting another round of giggles from the guests.
