Just days after a video of a woman cooking Maggi in an electric kettle inside a train ignited debate online, another clip has taken over social media- this time featuring a group of friends sharing a massive, bucket-sized serving of the iconic noodles.

The Bucket Maggi Crew
In a widely shared Instagram video, a gang of over ten friends can be seen packed into a train compartment, their enthusiasm radiating through the screen. What set the internet buzzing wasn't just their camaraderie, but their unusual dining style.
Instead of tearing open individual packets, the group opted for a full-blown bucket of Maggi- yes, a bucket- firmly placed between them as they waited eagerly with spoons in hand.
The overlay text on the clip reads, “That one non-negotiable part of the trip."
Their excitement suggests it was a highlight of their journey. Though no one knows exactly how the enormous portion was prepared, many assume the pantry staff helped cook the noodles before transferring them to the oversized container. The exact truth, however, remains a mystery.
The video, shared a week ago, has already crossed six lakh views, adding yet another quirky chapter to India’s love affair with train journeys and Maggi.
Social media users were quick to criticize the dangerous practice, calling it a safety hazard. They highlighted that train sockets are designed for low-power devices- not appliances like kettles that can cause fire risks.
