Two fans troll Babar Azam right in the middle of a Pakistani crowd
India vs Pakistan matches are usually about cricket, nerves, and the occasional heart rate spike. But during Sunday’s T20 World Cup 2026 clash, two men decided to add a bonus entertainment package.
In the middle of a largely Pakistani crowd, the duo boldly began trolling Babar Azam, not from behind a keyboard, but live, in stereo, and without a mute button.
While most fans were busy chanting for their team, these two appeared to be running their own parallel show by doing a viral warm up exercise of Babar Azam.
What made it truly cinematic? The setting - an India-Pakistan match is already high voltage. Choosing that exact moment, surrounded by passionate supporters, that’s either supreme bravery or excellent faith in stadium security.
Social media, of course, did what it does best- clipped, looped, shared, memed. Within hours, the moment was travelling faster than a cover drive.
To be fair, cricket rivalries have always had a flavour of banter. As long as it stays harmless and within sporting spirit, it’s just fans being fans- because in sub-continental cricket, even the spectators come prepared for performance.
