Heavy rainfall over the past few days has submerged several parts of Bali, turning roads into muddy streams. Described as one of the worst downpours in recent years, the rain has caused rivers to overflow, forcing water into homes, shops, and guesthouses. In many low-lying areas, residents have shifted to safer locations, while tourist hotspots continue to grapple with waterlogged streets.

The now-viral clip captures the brown python moving steadily through knee-deep floodwater that nearly covers the entire street. Parked scooters and buildings line the road as the reptile’s long body curves and cuts through the water, creating ripples. The snake appears to be at least six feet long.
