The Regional centre of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) in Bhubaneswar forecast a dip in temperature across Odisha, combined with light rainfall over few parts of the state in the coming days.

The MeT Centre informed that minimum temperature (night temperature) is very likely to gradually fall by 3-4 degree Celsius in many places over the districts of Odisha during next 4-5 days.

As per prediction for the next 24 hours, light rain is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Gajapati and Ganjam while dry weather is very likely to prevail over rest of the districts. Bhubaneswar is likely to witness partly cloudy sky with minimum temperature expected around 18 degree Celsius.

Meanwhile, IMD said that the cyclonic circulation over West Bengal-Bangladesh coasts and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal still persists.
