Odisha Weather Update: IMD Issues Yellow Warning, Lightning & Heavy Rain Alert In 11 Districts

Ahead of formation of a low pressure area (LOPAR) over North Andaman Sea around October 10, the regional centre of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a 'Yellow Warning' for thunderstorms and lightning over several districts of Odisha. The warning has been issued for 11 districts of Odisha for the next 24 hours.
