A day after meeting his Bihar counterpart Nitish Kumar, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has flown out to New Delhi on Wednesday on a three-day tour. Patnaik is slated to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday afternoon. The scheduled meeting between the two leaders has triggered various speculations in the political corridors.
