Pet Owner In Odisha In Trouble For Keeping 30 Cats!

Some women in Sankarmatha Street of Chatrapur in Ganjam district lodged a police complaint against their neighbour who has reportedly kept as many as 30 pet cats. Allegedly, the people of the ward are facing a lot of difficulties due to the cat menace.
