While the Mahanadi Water Disputes Tribunal is all set to conduct a field visit in neighbouring Chhattisgarh, all eyes are now on the preparedness of Odisha government to furnish impactful fact and figures to help strengthen the case in its favour.
Chadan, who is involved in seven chain snatching cases under three police stations in the capital city in the last three months, was arrested by the Khandagiri Police.
This was informed by the Minister of State (MoS) for Home, Tusharkanti Behera, in the Odisha Assembly on Monday.
Besides, the promoter needs to transfer all unpaid amount collected from the allottees, security deposits, corpus fund, advance collected, if any, along with interest thereon, to the association of allottees within thirty days of issue of the occupancy certificate.
