WATCH: Winter Carnival In Jammu & Kashmir

A three-day winter carnival has been organized at Kulgam in Jammu & Kashmir. Several recreational and adventure games have been organized to entertain locals and tourists. The carnival has been organized by the District Administration in collaboration with Aharbal Development Authority, Tourism department and Forest Division Kulgam. Several games such as snow volleyball, tug of war, etc, have gained attention and appreciation of people at large.
