An aircraft on Saturday (Dec 11) showered flower petals on farmers as they reached the Shambhu border (Punjab-Haryana border) after ending their year-long agitation in Delhi over farm laws. The aircraft was reportedly arranged by a Non-Resident Indian to accord the farmers for their ‘victory’.
After ending agitation, thousands of farmers began their journey to home after dismantling their makeshift accommodations at protest sites on Delhi borders around Dec 10.
