Amid the ongoing row over NEET, DMK leader Kanimozhi Karunanidhi on Wednesday met Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik at his residence in Bhubaneswar.

During the meeting, Karunanidhi handed over the letter of Tamil Nadu CM M K Stalin to Patnaik regarding the problems faced by rural and poor students in clearing NEET examination.

The letter further emphasised on the need to make the exam inclusive. After the meeting, DMK spokesperson S Annadurai informed that CM Naveen has said that they are also looking into the matter.

Earlier, Patnaik had raised this issue with union government and stressed the importance of making national exams inclusive. He also suggested central Government to take steps in this regard covering NEET, IIT and UPSC.
