Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi gives big statement in the midst of the ongoing hijab controversy. Minister said the country runs by the Constitution and not by Sharia. He further stated that this hijabi riot and Taliban hysteria is an attempt to limit the education and progress of Muslim girls. On reports that some students want to read namaz in the classroom, Naqvi said, “This is not stubbornness, this is madness."
