Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal Withdraws Plea Against ED Arrest In Supreme Court, Here’s Why

Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party national convenor Arvind Kejriwal has withdrawn from Supreme Court his plea against arrest by the Enforcement Directorate. Senior advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi appearing for Arvind Kejriwal informed Supreme Court that Kejriwal is withdrawing the petition in the Supreme Court as it is clashing with the remand. As per reports, Singhvi told the Supreme Court that Kejriwal will fight the remand and then come back to your lordships.
