Indian and American soldiers on Saturday (October 16) played friendly matches of Kabaddi, American Football, Soccer and Volleyball as part of "ice-breaking” activities. Both contingents learned from each other's games where the Indian troops got a chance to try their hands at American football.

The US troops also participated with full enthusiasm in Kabaddi. These sporting events were organised following the 17th Edition of India-US joint training exercise “Ex Yudh Abhyas 21” that started at Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson, Alaska (US) on Friday (October 15).

The exercise is going to take place for 14 days where 300 US Army soldiers belonging to First Squadron (Airborne) of the 40th Cavalry Regiment and 350 soldiers of 7 Madras Infantry Battalion Group of Indian Army are participating in the exercise.
