Incessant rainfall has wreaked havoc in Uttarakhand. A shocking video has surfaced from Pithoragarh’s Dharchula wherein a biker narrowly escaped when a large rock piece fell on the road a second after he crossed the zone. Watch this dangerous landslide as the biker was passing by the road. As soon as he crossed, a large portion of the mountain collapsed.
