This one-of-its-kind special restaurant in Manipur’s Imphal has a mission for specially-abled people. Entirely managed by a group of deaf and mute community, this restaurant named "The Voice Khonjel" was launched through a crowd-funding campaign initiated by a young social activist and cyclist Rohan Philem.
