Senior BJP leader and Dhamnagar MLA Bishnu Sethi passed away on Monday at the age of 61. Sethi, serving as the Deputy Leader of Opposition in Odisha Assembly, breathed his last while undergoing treatment at AIIMS, Bhubaneswar.
