Pregnant Woman Carried On Cot For 15Kms Due To Bad Roads In Kalahandi Village

Bad roads continue to haunt the people in rural pockets of the state. This time, a pregnant woman in a remote village under Podapadar panchayat of Kalahandi district had to bear the brunt of non-motorable roads. Patient Anjali Harijan was carried on cot for almost 15kms through forest stretch and hilly terrain, reportedly as ambulance could not reach her.
