In a shocking incident, a second year student of Bhima Bhoi Medical College and Hospital In Bolangir was found partially hanging at her room in the ladies hostel, on Wednesday night (Oct 6).
The deceased Nirupama Nanda hailed from Bolangir and was said to be a meritorious student. Reports stated that Nirupama and her friends were watching IPL on their mobile phones last night.
