Kotia dispute: Odisha’s survey for proposed hydroelectric project leaves AP officer infuriated

There seems to be no end to Kotia dispute. Officials of Odisha and Andhra Pradesh once again confronted each other on Monday over setting up of a hydroelectric project. There has already been border issue between Odisha and Andhra Pradesh.
