Green Crackers Allowed On Diwali Day, Timings Capped By Orissa High Court

The Orissa High Court on Monday (Nov 1) allowed sale and use of green crackers during this year’s Diwali celebrations on November 4. As per the court order, only crackers certified by Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO) can be used.
