Former Congress leader Pradeep Majhi will soon be joining the ruling-BJD. Majhi himself confirmed this on Sunday (October 25) during a press meet.
Along with Majhi, many of his supporters who have resigned from the party recently are also likely to join the BJD.
Former MP Pradeep Majhi, who was also the post bearer of OPCC (Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee) Working President resigned from the primary membership of Congress on Friday.
Addressing the media today, Majhi said that Congress had done a lot for the people in his region but in present scenario the party cannot return to power or create any possibility or situation for returning to power.
He said that in this situation it is almost impossible to continue with Congress.
