Bhubaneswar-Based Photo Journalist Manhandled By Police Outside Kalinga Stadium

A policeman allegedly manhandled a photo journalist outside Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar on Thursday (Nov 3). The cop allegedly attacked and injured the lensman, identified as Rakesh Roul, when a hockey match was underway at the stadium.
