Putting an end to the 10-day-long dharna of Tapaswini Dash outside her husband Sumit Sahu’s house in Berhampur, the SDJM court on Thursday directed the couple to stay together for 7 days.

As per the Court’s direction, both of them will stay together for seven days at a rented house in Aska, the arrangements of which will be made by Aska police station IIC (Inspector-in-charge).

The couple will not be allowed to meet any of their relatives or any social activist during their stay. The husband has been directed to bear the expenses like food, rent and medicines of both during this period.

The Aska IIC has also been directed to monitor the couple’s activities and file a report of the same in the court after 7 days.
