However, after standing tall as the World’s Tallest Building for 14 years, it is no longer going to keep this title. Yes, you hear it right! There are talks that a new building might surpass it. According to the Guiness World Records, Jeddah Tower that is currently under construction in Saudi Arabia is going to be the tallest building in the world. The Jeddah Tower, also called the Kingdom Tower is expected to be 3281ft that is around 1 km. The Kingdom tower will be taller than Burj Khalifa by 1000mtrs. With total construction area of 5,30,000 square meters, The building will be a mixture of luxury housing, office spaces, serviced apartments, and luxury condominiums. The Kingdom Tower, slated for a $1.23 billion price tag, is likely to very soon steal the crown from Burj Khalifa.
