Rath Yatra - Puri King Sweeps The Chariots As Part Of Chhera Panhara Rituals

Puri Gajapati, the first servitor of Lord Jagannath, came seated atop his royal palanquin from the Raja Nahara to perform Chhera Pahanra. On each of the chariots, servitors sprinkled fragrant water and flowers as Gajapati swept platforms with a golden broom. Watch this video.
