One of the fittest actresses in Bollywood, Malaika Arora, has always inspired netizens not just with her rigorous yoga regime but also with her diet. Malaika, who is known for healthy living, said that there is a misconception that Indian food is loaded with fat.

As per the actress, Indian food is complete with nutrients, the goodness of vegetables and the rich flavours of Indian spices. Malaika recently launched her own food venture NUDE Bowls, her first restaurant in India.

Interestingly, the actress also revealed the meaning behind her restaurant’s bold name! NUDE stands for - N = Nutritious, U = Undisguised, D = Delicious, and E= Eats. Speaking to a national agency, Mailaka said that she wanted to break the myth that healthy food is not delicious, or that nutritious food doesn't taste as good.

The actress said that her restaurant Nude Bowls promises the goodness of flavours without compromising on taste and indulgence. She also guaranteed transparency of all ingredients without using artificial flavours and colours. Sharing that food is an integral part of self-care for her, the actress said that she wanted to share what she consumes daily which are simple and nutritious meals.

The actress also said that she curated each dish, keeping in mind that it adds all the required nutrients in a single bowl with easy ingredients from the kitchen. However, Nude Bowls are also available to order on a food delivery app- EatSure.
