If you are one among those who are driven crazy by online games, then you must have heard of a video game titled - Selmon Bhoi! Well, at the first instance this seems a sound-alike of what fans call Bollywood superstar Salman Khan.

Dig deeper, you will find out that you have guessed it absolutely correct. Yes, there is an online mobile game available on Play Store almost replicating his name. The game is apparently named as Selmon Bhoi, that says in its description, “Join Selmon Bhoi and his driver on the quest to: Kill.

" But Bhaijaan Salman Khan hasn’t taken this game lightly. Last month, the actor had moved a Mumbai Civil Court against the developers of the game, claiming that the name and images displayed appeared to be mocking him.

Salman in his plea said that the game "Selmon Bhoi" is phonetically similar to his popular name by which his fans call him. As per report by a national media (News 18), the video game is allegedly based on Salman's Khan infamous hit-and-run case in 2002, when Khan had never given his consent for the same.

Following Salman’s appeal, on Tuesday (September 7) the court ordered a temporary restraint on access to the game, citing that it has an 'impressionistic resemblance' to Salman Khan. After watching the game and its images, the court has noted that the game gives an impression that it is based on the case linked to Salman Khan.

As per reports, the court has restrained the makers of the game, Parody Studios Pvt Ltd and its directors, from disseminating, launching, re-launching and recreating the game or any other content pertaining to the actor.

The court also directed the makers to remove the game from Google Play Store and all other platforms immediately. Next hearing of the case is scheduled for September 20. In 2015, the Bombay High Court had acquitted Salman of all charges in the 2002 hit-and-run case.
