D Hareskrishna Patro, a resident of Odisha's Berhampur, has made the city and the state proud by making it to the prestigious India Book of Records at the tender age of 5 years. Harekrishna has bagged the record for reciting the maximum number of binomial scientific names in shortest period of time.
The kid recited 35 binomial scientific names of fruits, plants, animals in 1 minute and 25 seconds, at the age of 5 years, 6 months and 22 days. He also holds the record for being the youngest to recite scientific name of 30 organisms in shortest period of time.
For this, Harekrishna was awarded with the India's World Records organised by IWR Foundation in Jamshedpur.
