A family court on Friday (July 9) reportedly rejected the plea filed by actor-turned-MP Anubhav Mohanty seeking ex parte decree on his divorce petition for dissolution of his marriage with wife Varsha Priyadarshini. Today, both Anubhav and Varsha had appeared at the mediation centre at Cuttack’s family court reportedly for resolution of the marital dispute.
As per sources, the next date for their reconciliation at the mediation centre has been fixed for July 14. On Thursday (July 8), Anubhav had reportedly filed a written complaint at Purighat Police Station, alleging entry of unknown persons at their residence in Cuttack. Anubhav reportedly mentioned in his complaint that the persons who entered the house were not known to him.
The celebrity couple’s marriage has been mired in controversy for over a year now after Varsha had filed a domestic violence and dowry case against Anubhav.
