It seems like a dream come true for singer Sayali Kamble as she recorded her first Marathi film song the very next day she concluded her journey on Indian Idol 12.

Sayli, who won the 'Indian Idol 12' runner-up trophy, has lent her voice for a Marathi film titled 'Kolhapur Diaries'. As per reports, the Indian Idol singer lent her magical vocals for a film song for the first time in her life. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh confirmed the news by posting two pictures of the Maharashtra girl on social media.

The song is reportedly composed by popular music composer Avadhoot Gupte. 'Kolhapur Diaries', which is an official remake of the Malayalam blockbuster, 'Angamaly Diaries', is directed by Joe Rajan and produced by Select Media Holding.

Brought up in a middle-class family setting in Mumbai the 24-yr-old singer had also participated in the Voice of India as well as in the Marathi singing reality show - Gaurav Maharashtracha. She later received recognition as Marathi singer and performed at several musical concerts across Maharashtra.
