Indian Idol 12 Winner, Pawandeep Rajan and runner up Arunita Kanjilal are two of the most sought after singing pairs currently.
From singing duets to being called for various functions, the two singers these days are definitely in news! Recently, the duo met Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan's parents - Rakesh Roshan and Pinkie Roshan and spent over three hours with them. If reports are anything to go by, then Hrithik Roshan's mother gifted them a gold chain with rudraksha and pouches with Goddess Laxmi coins in it.
Expressing his elation, Pawandeep told a national media portal (TOI), that both Rakesh and Pinkie had become emotional seeing them and had hugged the two. "We did sing quite a few songs and they really enjoyed our company," said Pawandeep.
When asked if Hrithik Roshan was there to hear them sing at his residence, Pawandeep said that they had met him for a brief time and the actor wished both of them.
Hritik had also told them to "keep working hard and rise in life." Pawandeep Rajan was announced as the winner of Indian Idol 12 while Arunita claimed the second spot in the singing reality show.
