The country is set to celebrate Rakhi Purnima tomorrow, but dull festivities were observed in many parts of Odisha, a day prior to the festival.
Due to the Covid-19 guidelines and restrictions, festivities seemed dampened across states, even though some customers were seen thronging shops to purchase rakhi bands.
