Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan inaugurated the first corporate sector vaccination drive at Indian Oil Corporation Limited Headquarters in Bhubaneswar today (June 2). According to sources, all IOCL employees and their family members will be administered Covishield vaccine during the drive.

As per the information by the Union Minister, the Central government would be providing 50 percent vaccines to the states for free. Of the remaining 50 percent, 25 percent of the vaccines would be procured by the state governments from manufactures. The remaining 25 percent would be procured by the corporate sector to be administered to their employees and their kin.

The Union Minister also mentioned that the corporate sector vaccination will soon begin in other parts of the state.
