The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has launched an online portal called DADS or the ‘Duplicate Academic Document System’ which would help students in easily procuring duplicate copies of their academic documents.

Students no longer have to approach the concerned Regional Offices in person, and follow all procedures like before which required physical presence and contact. Looking at the prevailing Covid-19 situation and predicaments of students, CBSE’s IT Department has come up with this facility which will obviate human contact and physical presence of the students.

Through DADS portal, students and parents can now obtain digital copy or print outs of duplicate mark sheets, passing certificate and migration certificates online. Students will have to log on to website www.cbse.nic.in and apply on the link displayed https://cbseit.in/cbse/web/dads/home.aspx for the procedure and options.

Regional Offices will then print academic documents and dispatch them through speed post. A tracking system will enable the students to trace the status of application and dispatched details.
