Amid huge outcry over Class 10 Board results, the state teachers' association has termed the cancellation of matriculation exam as a historic blunder. Odisha Secondary School Teachers' Association (OSSTA) has demanded the BSE board to publish the basis of evaluation of marks and make it public.
General Secretary of OSSTA, Prakash Chandra Mohanty in a press meet on Tuesday said that the Board should consider the best mark as the final marks when marks of current result and offline examination are compared. OSSTA has further demanded that colleges should be allowed to conduct entrance exams before admission.
