Rhea Chakraborty has been in news ever since the demise of her former boyfriend and actor Sushant Singh Rajput and her arrest by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in a narcotics case. Rhea has also been making headlines for starring in the recently released Amitabh Bachchan, Emraan Hashmi starrer 'Chehre'.
Due to her frequent involvement in controversies, Rhea was a popular choice as a contestant for the new season of Bigg Boss. But while the other contestants have now finished their 2-week-long quarantine and are set for their grand premiere with Salman Khan today, reports suggest that discussions are still underway with the 'Jalebi' actress.
Rhea was reportedly offered a whopping Rs 35 lakh per week for the show, which is the highest amount ever offered to any participant. But, it looks like the makers of the show have been turned away by the actress for now.
As per a report by a leading entertainment daily (Bollywood Life), the actress is treading carefully in her professional life since she is still under investigation by the NCB.
Meanwhile, in the 15th season of Bigg Boss, the audience will witness a jungle theme starring Tejaswi Prakash, Karan Kundrra, Akasa Singh, Pratik Sahejpal, Umar Riaz, Shamita Shetty, Nishant Bhat, and Simba Nagpal.
