Currently one of the busiest actors in Bollywood, Kartik Aaryan just a few days back completed shooting the climax scene of his upcoming film, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. The makers recently unveiled the first look of the actor from the film. But it didn’t impress the fans much.
Kartik, who is playing the lead role in the movie, got heavily trolled on social media shortly after release of the motion poster of the film. It seems netizens aren’t too happy with the casting of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2! Many feel that Kartik is not suitable for this role, and expressed they wanted Akshay Kumar back in the sequel.
Commenting on the motion poster, one user wrote, "Akshay Kumar missing", while another wrote, "Only Akshay deserve the role." A few others said that no one can replace Akshay.
One user also targeted Kartik and called him "Sasta Akshay Kumar." Well, it remains to be seen whether Kartik is able to fill in the shoes and for that fans will have to wait a few more months.
Revealing the release date, the makers said the film would hit theatres next year on March 25. 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2' is a sequel of iconic horror comedy-drama, Bhool Bhulaiyaa starring Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan in lead roles that released in 2007.
Directed by Anees Bazmee, the second part of Bhool Bhulaiyaa stars Kiara Advani and Tabu in pivotal roles.
