After having failed to take admission into various Plus 3 courses in universities across the state, as many as 13,043 students in Odisha are now staring at an uncertainty.

This very situation arose because the state government is yet to publish the results of Plus-2 students who had given their exams in offline mode last month.

Even though it has been a month since the offline exams were conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), the department reportedly has not even begun the evaluation process, let alone publishing the results of the same.

This has caused thousands of students to lose out on their chance of getting admissions, since the Plus 3 admission process has already completed in the state.

Many colleges have even started their classes and curriculum, leaving deprived students in a state of panicky.

As per reports, the College Teachers and Employees Association in the state has also raised questions over the delay. However, CHSE has maintained a stoic silence over the same without providing any proper reasoning.
