With CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) term-1 exams approaching, a teacher has shared details regarding term division, marking criteria and the offline exams. He said that the semester-1 will have MCQ-based questions while the semester-2 would be subjective. The division of marks will be 40:40:20, the last one being teachers' assessment. The process and criteria set by the Board is likely to ease the burden of students as the syllabus covered by them for the term-1 will not be applicable for the second term, which means they will have to focus only on 50% syllabus for each semester. This will also give them ample time for preparations, the teacher has said. Watch this video.
