Even though positivity rate seems to be declining in Odisha, the capital city’s caseload still remains high. Health Services Director, Bijay Mohapatra on Monday (Oct 11) said that around 40 per cent of Odisha’s daily Covid-19 infections are from Bhubaneswar.
