After nine long months, Akhandalamani Temple in Aradi of Bhadrak reopens for darshan. In the first phase, family members of servitors will be allowed to have darshan. On December 30 and December 31st, devotees from the local panchayat will be allowed to have darshan. Keeping in mind the rush expected on January 1st and January 2nd, the temple will remain closed. From January 3rd the general public will be allowed to have darshan. Sanitizers and masks have been made mandatory for entry into temple. According to the district administration, the identity proof of servitors has also been made mandatory for darshan.  

Darshan at Lingaraj Temple in Bhubaneswar is underway as it reopened yesterday after nine long months. In the first phase, family members of servitors are being allowed to have darshan. Till December 31st, only family members of the servitors will be allowed to have darshan. Extensive arrangements have been made for hassle-free darshan at the temple. Barricades have been installed in front of the entrance of the temple and identity proofs of devotees are being checked before entry.
